Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all the services provided by Reactive Dog Coach.

Dog training

The training provided by Reactive Dog Coach is in accordance with the information on the website and the agreements that have been made via e-mail correspondence with the dog owner.

The request for dog training is final after a confirmation e-mail is sent by Reactive Dog Coach confirming the date and time of the appointment.

Reactive Dog Coach decides if a dog owner is suitable for the dog training offered or that it is better to refer the dog owner to a different service or specialist.

Reactive Dog Coach has the right to cancel training sessions in case of illness or absence of Reactive Dog Coach or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancelled training session will be rescheduled to another time, at no extra cost.

The dog owner is responsible to give their dog the vaccinations that are needed and makes sure to check the dog for ticks, fleas and worms. The dog owner is responsible for making sure that their dog does not carry any diseases that can spread to dogs or humans.

Payment

Invoices need to be paid within 48 hours after the dog training.

Cancellation

Cancellation by the dog owner may be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the appointment for a dog training session.

Training sessions missed by the dog owner that are not cancelled on time will automatically expire. The costs for the missed appointment must be paid within 48 hours

Liability

Reactive Dog Coach is not liable for any damage or injury to the dog owner or dog.

The dog owner is liable for any damage caused by him/herself and his/her dog to persons or goods. This also applies to damage to materials of both Reactive Dog Coach, other owners and the location where training takes place.

The dog owner needs to have his/her own third-party insurance, which includes the dog. ‘

He/she remains liable for the actions of the dog at all times.

Communication
The preferred way of communication with Reactive Dog Coach is via e-mail.

All the information provided: text, images, documents and videos, are all property of Reactive Dog Coach. These materials may not be reproduced or distributed, made public or brought to the notice of third parties on paper or digitally without prior written consent.
